Traveling solo

A resident of Mexico, Italy & San Diego.
I grew up between cultures and languages and I've spent my whole life drawn to what lives at the edges:
The fishing village before the resort, the rural market before the tourist map, the patterns on buildings that nobody photographs because they're too busy looking at the monument.
This space is where I put all of that.
I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist with a background in clinical psychology, trained to work with kids, teens, and young adults from diverse and multicultural backgrounds. I grew up between countries and languages: first-generation, learning early that some of the most important truths don't translate neatly into any single framework. My clinical work has always focused on people whose identities exist in multiple worlds at once, who've been told their complexity is a problem rather than a gift. Outside of the therapy room, I'm a travel photographer and emerging writer drawn to documenting ways of living that resist mainstream narratives.
